Ivan Petrzelka, PharmD, JD, MBA
Mr. Petrzelka brings extensive experience in healthcare management and regulatory compliance, having practiced pharmacy for over 20 years in various roles. He is passionate about helping healthcare professionals and businesses navigate the perilous waters of healthcare regulatory compliance, developing compliance strategies and providing representation to those facing regulatory enforcement or disciplinary actions.
Mr. Petrzelka received his masters and doctorate in Clinical Pharmacy from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. After relocating to California he earned his MBA at the Newport University and JD at the California Southern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
In addition to being one of the few attorney-pharmacists in California, he is also an Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy Law & Ethics at the California North State University School of Pharmacy and the founder and general counsel of NoRxAbuse, an organization dedicated to educating public and healthcare professionals about drug abuse and related matters.
Mr. Petrzelka is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to the United States District Court - Eastern District. He is also licensed as a pharmacist by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
As a person enjoying learning and challenges, Ivan is avid scuba diver and aviator holding a commercial pilot certificate.
